We carry out stringent quality control checks and setups on all guitars that go through our Hobart store. If you have any particular setup or tuning requests for your newly ordered guitar, send us an email or give us a call and we'll make it happen before we ship it to you!

The Standard Balladeer features a hand-selected, deluxe AA solid-spruce top with scalloped bracing, and Ovation’s Contour Bowl, which maximizes acoustic output and is ergonomically designed for comfort in any playing position. A cutaway offers full access to the satin-finished, 5-piece mahogany/maple neck, and a traditional center soundhole is inlaid with an oak-leaf rosette and adorned with mother-of-pearl. The Balladeer’s OP-Pro preamp and OCP-1K pickup produce uncompromising plugged-in performance.
