LTD EXL-7 Baritone Black Metal Black Red Burst Satin

To create the EXL-7 Baritone Black Metal, we started with our standard EX body shape and made it just a bit larger, providing excellent playing balance, beefy tone, and a literally bigger stage presence. Then we offered it in a 27” baritone scale for the extended range downtuning with superior string tension that’s required in modern metal, and a diabolical Black Red Burst Satin finish. This guitar offers set-thru construction for smooth access to the highest frets, a mahogany body with a thin u-shaped three-piece maple neck, and a Macassar ebony fingerboard with 24 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets. Components on the EXL-7 Baritone Black Metal include black hardware, LTD locking tuners, a TonePros locking TOM-style bridge and tailpiece, and a Seymour Duncan MortalCoil 7 String 3-Voice active bridge pickup with a 3-way toggle to select voices.
