These guitars just feel right thanks to the effortlessly playable satin-finish neck, the 10" radius fretboard and the way the spruce top responds. The center soundhole gives back clear and loud resonance thanks to scalloped-X bracing support. This model is finished in Ovation’s classic gloss black finish. For live performance, the Celebrity Standard includes an Ovation Slimline pickup and OP-4BT preamp system with a three-band EQ and onboard tuner. The mid depth, Lyrachord composite body is deep enough to offer warm low end, but shallow enough to play comfortably.
