Effective control for your two-amp setup
The BigShot ABY makes it easy to run two amps on stage, without introducing noise or altering your tone. The pedal has two latching footswitches that allow you to choose which amp is active, or run through both simultaneously. The second amp output features a ground lift and an isolation transformer that can be engaged to eliminate buzz and hum from ground loops, while a 180° polarity reverse switch ensures both amps play back in phase to avoid frequency cancellation. When powered by an external 9V supply or pedalboard power brick, LEDs provide instant on-stage visual feedback - when power is unavailable, the passive audio circuit still works unaffected. Best of all, the BigShot ABY is true-bypass device, without any tone-altering buffers between the guitar and the amplifier to ensure you retain the pure tone of your instrument.

Both
Footswitch turns both outputs A and B on at the same time.

Both LED
Lets you know when both amplifier outputs are active.

Lift
Disconnects the ground from the cable shield on output B.

180°
Reverses the phase on output B. This switch only works when the ISO transformer is engaged.

ISO
Engages the internal isolation transformer on output B to eliminate the hum and buzz caused by ground loops.

A-B LED
High visibility LED indicators indicate which output is active.

A-B
Footswitch toggles between outputs A or B.

Input
Standard ¼” jack connects the instrument to the ABY.

Tuner
Separate ¼” output for your guitar tuner. It is always on.

Output-B
¼” jack connects to your main amp.

Output-A
¼”  jack connects to your main amp.

PSU
Connection for 9-12 volt DC (center pin negative)

Connectors
Glass filled nylon housing is tougher than steel and provides isolation for reduced noise. Nickel silver contacts will not tarnish.

Extra Durable Switches
Switches with metal outer casing are rated at over 20,000 cycles for added durability.

Footswitch
Heavy duty 9 pole footswitches control signal flow and LED indicators.

Transformer Isolated
Custom Radial transformers for distortion-free signal transfer and 100% isolation from ground loop hum.

Mil-Spec PCB
Full ground plane for noise free performance. Double sided through hole solder points for durability.

14-Gauge Steel
Prevents circuit board from being torqued which could lead to part failure.
