The ME 3 Headmic from Sennheiser is a headworn electret-condenser microphone well suited for use with wireless systems in presentation, vocal, and broadcast work for live stage, television, boardrooms, houses of worship, and more.

The ME 3 offers a frequency response from 50 Hz to 18 kHz for clear, intelligible speech and vocals. The microphone's cardioid polar pattern picks up less background noise and focuses audio capture on the speaker, helping to reduce feedback problems, especially when used with loudspeakers and sound reinforcement equipment.

With a dual-ear design and integrated headband that's worn behind the head, the mic offers a comfortable, secure fit with a low visual profile. Its 5.2' cable with 3.5mm locking mini-jack connector allows the microphone to work with a wide variety of bodypack transmitters and recording devices wired for Sennheiser compatibility and capable of supplying 7.5V to power the capsule.
