Behringer SC-RE StageConnect Range Extender

The Behringer SC‑RE StageConnect Range Extender is a compact and powerful solution for expanding your StageConnect setup, doubling the maximum transmission distance from 40 to 80 metres over standard XLR or DMX cable. Designed for professional touring and fixed installations, it supports bi‑directional transmission of up to 32 channels of pristine 24‑bit audio at 44.1/48 kHz with ultra‑low, sub‑millisecond latency. Audio, control data, and up to 12 VDC / 18 W of remote power are all carried over a single 3‑pin XLR connection, simplifying cabling and stage layouts. Housed in an ultra‑slim enclosure barely larger than two XLR connectors, the SC‑RE consumes just 0.5 W of power and includes a metal mounting bracket for easy integration into racks, touring cases, or permanent installations—making it a reliable and space‑saving tool for extending your StageConnect network.
