The Vintera® III Early '60s Stratocaster® features an alder body paired with a maple neck and rosewood fingerboard, delivering that unmistakable Fender sound brimming with punch and crystal-clear articulation. The authentic early '60s “C”-shaped neck profile offers an instantly familiar playing experience that feels natural in your hands, while the 7.25" radius fingerboard with vintage-tall frets ensures supreme comfort and outstanding feel. At its heart, three meticulously crafted vintage-style early '60s single-coil pickups capture the bright, chimey tones that established Fender's reputation during this pivotal era. The vintage-style synchronized tremolo system provides effortless pitch manipulation, while period-correct vintage-style tuning machines deliver authentic looks with superior tuning precision.
Embrace the authentic vintage spirit and legendary sound of Vintera® III – where every detail tells the story.
Alder Body
A classic Fender tonewood known for resonance, punch and clarity, alder has a balanced and lively tone with beefy mids and a robust low-end.
Maple Neck with 7.25" Radius Round-Laminate Rosewood Fingerboard and Vintage Tall Frets
7.25” radius fingerboard provides vintage comfort and feel, while vintage-tall frets provide slightly more height than vintage for big bends and wide vibrato.
Early-'60s "C"-Shaped Neck
Based on an early-'60s "C” profile, this comfortably rounded "C" is slim at the nut and gradually thickens toward the 12th fret for an intuitive and inviting feel.
Vintage-Style Early-'60s Pickups
These early-'60s spec pickups capture the bright, articulate tone and glassy clarity that defined this golden era of Fender craftsmanship.
Vintage-Style Synchronized Tremolo with Bent Steel Saddles
One of our most innovative designs, this six-point tremolo offers proper intonation, full adjustability and easy access to classic vibrato sounds.
Vintage-Style Tuning Machines
These tuning machines offer the look and feel of vintage machines with a finer gear ratio and enhanced tuning stability.
