Advanced V-Drums Quiet Design Snare Pad
V-Drums Quiet Design is a revolutionary advancement in home drumming, delivering the lowest playing noise in the history of electronic drum kits. Born of decades of Roland testing and development, the V-Drums Quiet Design pads, stand, and pedal bases work together to keep in-home playing sounds and vibration transfer in check without sacrificing feel and response. Noise is reduced by an astonishing 75 percent compared with a conventional V-Drums kit, which was already the quietest in the industry.
The PDQ-8S snare pad features a noise-absorbing honeycomb rubber insert covered with a mesh head. Carefully engineered vents on the underside of the playing surface allow air pressure to dissipate, further reducing noise. And thanks to the soft rubber rim covering, rimshots are quiet too. Playability remains exceptional despite all these advanced noise-reducing features, with the great stick feel and natural rebound you expect from a top-tier V-Drums pad.
