We carry out stringent quality control checks and setups on all guitars that go through our Hobart store. If you have any particular setup or tuning requests for your newly ordered guitar, send us an email or give us a call and we'll make it happen before we ship it to you!

Originally launched in 2015, Revstar was the first new electric guitar series from Yamaha in over a decade. A completely new lineup for 2022 offers three tiers, chambered bodies on every model, new racing-inspired finishes, new switching options, and left-handed models.

The RSE20 features five café racer-inspired finish options, a chambered body, dual Alnico V humbuckers, and a push/pull Dry Switch high-pass filter for additional tonal versatility.

Chambered Bodies
Every new Revstar features a chambered body designed with Yamaha’s Acoustic Design process to sculpt tone and increase resonance while reducing weight and optimising balance.

Dry Switch
Revstar Element models feature our push/pull Dry Switch high-pass filter circuit that was first introduced with the original Revstar series.
